Quite frankly the lies and blatant disregard for our children's safety as well as our hard earned money has gone on too long.
We submitted a refund request which was acknowledged by FORT on September 28th, no refund has been received.

Lewis I have reported you to the Consumer Product Safety Commission for your blatant violation and shortcuts in your product which directly violate the CPSIA standards for child safety and have included in this report all of the videos of you explaining "how to make it work" in refusal to issue what could end up being a life saving recall on your shoddy product.
As I live in the state of Oklahoma and you are in direct violation of the State laws regarding sales practices and refunds as clearly defined by the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act seen here http://www.oklegislature.gov/.../1991.../hb/HB1421%20INT.pdf I have also reported you personally as well as your DBA FORT to the Oklahoma Attorney General.
Do the right thing. Refund people who want refunds and recall your life threatening product before the Commissions and other agencies need to step in.
